Terms and Conditions

By making a booking, we assume that you have read and agree to: 

• For the Simulator reservation, no cancellations will be catered or refunds issued within 48 hours before booking time as most of the golfers try to book within that window, and that results in lost revenue for us once you reserve it and cancel it late, while we hold that slot for you. 
• No cancellations will be made for the golf lessons or refunds issued within 72 hours as the Golf Instructors have to move their schedule around and say no to others. Their time is precious. 
• No cancellations will be made for the Events or refunds issued within 120 hours, as the entire space needs to be held for you, which means that we have to say no to any simulator or lesson bookings for that period. 
• Reservations within 2-5 days before the booking of the Simulator or Lesson, or 15 days before the Event can be rescheduled or canceled with a 50% refund.
• Reservations before 5 days before the booking of the Simulator or Lesson or 15 days before the Event can be rescheduled or canceled with a 100% refund.
• The number of occupancy or attendees for the Simulator, Lesson, or Event must be abide by per the advertised headcount. 
• We will try to provide the clubs for the Lessons as a courtesy but it is not committed. Check before you arrive for a lesson. Always bring your own clubs for the Simulator use. 
• If you book a Simulator or Lesson time for a pre-paid voucher option you bought through a channel partner website using the Free "time-only option", and do not show up, you are subject to full charge as that slot or instructor time was reserved for you and we still have to pay them. All cancellation or change policies apply as above. 
• No golf equipment will be returned unless it is sealed and returned within 48 hours. Any items with seals such as golf clubs or carts or bags will not be accepted or may be bought back as used if the seal and tag are removed or marks are spotted. Wearables such as hats, gloves, shirts, or shoes cannot be returned once taken home.
